The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination and your ticket to get into any of the 22 finest National Law Universities (NLUs) in India. GK and Current Affairs: This section tests the candidates’ national and international awareness. It comprises news and non-fiction passages, current affairs, legal information, arts and culture, world history, and global affairs. Topics of ancient, medieval, modern, and world history, Indian economy, environment, major Indian industries are covered. 

Elementary Mathematics: To understand the arithmetic skills of the candidates, CLAT’s Elementary Mathematics section include propositions, graphs, textual and diagrammatic demonstration of numeric data, pictorials, and sets of facts. Area and volume, profit, loss, and discount, interest, percentage, probability, permutation and combination, time, number system, H.C.F and L.C.M, logarithm, ratio, and proportion are the topics covered. 

Legal Aptitude: In this section, the questions are structured in the form of passages of legal propositions. The candidates are required to read through, observe the information and facts provided, infer the rules and principles to answer the questions. 

Logical Reasoning: Toexamine the analytical prowess of the candidates, CLAT’s logical reasoning sections consist of questions around syllogism, analogies, and logical sequences.
